Terms of Agreement

To confirm your participation in the movement, run through the following Terms of Agreement:

Release Form - The Movement Movement

I hereby remise, release and forever discharge The Movement Movement and their employees, servants, and agents of and from all manner of actions, damages, injury, loss, charges, expenses, debts, costs, causes of action, claims and demands of every nature in kind whatsoever against them or be charged with, for or by reason of, in any way related, connected with or arising out of action or actions due to permission being granted for: Run Glenbow Museum and hereby agree to this release in consideration for aforementioned permission.

Film and Photography Waiver - The Movement Movement

In return for the opportunity to participate in Run Glenbow Museum (the "Film") and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, I agree as follows:

I consent to the filming and recording of my participation in the Film (including any interviews). I agree that the Film and any footage and recordings of my participation (and all rights and copyright) will be the sole property of The Movement Movement. and its licensees and assigns (the "Producer") and that any extracts or sequences of such material may be televised, distributed, exhibited, advertised, or otherwise used in all languages, manner and media of communication now known or developed in the future including Home Video, at any time throughout the world. I agree that the Producer is entitled to edit, cut and otherwise modify the Film and such footage and recording in its discretion.

I expressly waive and release the Producer from and claims, which I may have for invasion of privacy, defamation or any other claim arising out of the production, distribution, broadcast, exhibition or use of the Film and of my participation in the Film.

I acknowledge and agree that if at any time Producer or its assignees or licensees are alleged to be in breach or default of any provision of this Agreement, my sole remedy with respect to such breach or default shall be limited to a claim for money damages in an action at law and neither I nor any party claiming in my place shall be entitled to rescind or terminate this Agreement or to apply for, obtain or enforce any injunctive, or other relief of any nature whatsoever which would in any manner prohibit, prevent, restrict, impede, delay, or otherwise interfere with the complete and unfettered exercise by Producer and its assignees and licensees of all rights and licenses granted herein including the production, distribution, advertising and general exploitation of the Film and all elements and rights therein.

I am 18 years of age or older.
